Shipping Policy

At Rustic Roots Boutique, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 4–5 business days after payment is received. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. During peak seasons, launches, or sales, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer flat-rate shipping of $15 on all domestic orders.
Orders are shipped via USPS from Ellijay, Georgia.
After processing, shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and USPS transit times.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are provided once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the USPS system.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to USPS, Rustic Roots Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

Check with neighbors or household members
Verify your shipping address
Contact your local post office

If a package is lost in transit, the customer is responsible for filing a claim directly with USPS. We are happy to provide tracking details to assist with the claim process.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Rustic Roots Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Packages returned to us due to address issues may be subject to additional shipping fees to resend.

Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to us as “undeliverable” or “unclaimed,” the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

International Shipping

At this time, international shipping is not available. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
